What we are looking for:

This position is a great opportunity to take a significant role in the growing Dynamix R&D group that develops innovative, unique, state-of-the-art solution for congestion management in mobile networks. The solution supports large scale networks with millions of subscribers and is based on the complex algorithms that optimize users' QoE – Quality of Experience

What you will do:

• Work with our development group to understand the customer (mobile operator) environment, network topology, data flows and KPIs.
• Analyze data from real networks of our customers, as well as simulated data generated from our simulation and emulation environments.
• Assist in the design of algorithms and methods for improving user experience.
• Analyze and evaluate results from live networks to study the behavior of the algorithms in live networks vs the behavior in the lab.
• Work on automating of the data analysis processes and help adding ML capabilities to the product.
• Participate in long-term research in new technologies and problem domains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in Python, including relevant frameworks, such as pandas
• Experience with data analysis tools, such as Jupyter notebooks
• Previous experience working on products involving analysis of big data sets
• BSc/MSc Graduate degree in a relevant technological/engineering field
• Ability for self-management, working in a multicultural environment.
• Innovative, able to suggest new solutions to complicated problems.
• Good communications skills, both written and oral, in English.
• Willingness to evolve and learn new things
